Cancellation/No show/Missed appointment policy
We understand that appointments have to be cancelled in emergencies however we ask that you give us at least 24hours notice. We reserve the right to charge a fee for appointments missed or cancelled with less than 24hours notice. The fee of 50% of your groom price will apply when rebooking. Missed appointments means loss of earnings and as a small business this directly affects our livelihood.

Aggressive/poorly socialized dog policy
It is extremely important that you advise us if your dog suffers from aggression. We reserve the right to refuse to groom any dog if we think its at risk of causing injury to itself or any member of staff.

Running late to your appointment
TidyTails DogGroomers works by appointment only if you are running late please give us a call to let us know we can only allow max 15 minutes after that your appointment will be cancelled and a fee may apply.

Late picking up your dog policy
Our groomers will give you an estimated time frame of how long your pet's groom will take, they will also give you a 10 minute notice before they are ready. If you are over 25 minutes late picking up a fee of £5 will apply every half hour.

De matting policy
We believe in humanity before vanity If your dog is extremely matted they will be shaved tight as matting is uncomfortable for dogs. An extra fee is applied for matted dogs.

Please note dogs with fleas cannot be groomed if we discover fleas on your dog during the grooming process they will be sent home and you will need to pay for the amount of work accomplished.

All prices are a rough estimate and may change depending on coat condition,size and behavior.

We use the safest and dog friendly products we cannot be held responsible for any negative reactions to products used this includes but not limited to shampoo, conditioner, perfume, ear cleaner. All known allergies should be disclosed to the groomers prior to the appointment.
